At Samaybo, located in Torrevieja, we invite you to experience a more balanced and healthy life through yoga. Our mission is to help you achieve a deep connection between body, mind, and soul in a calm and welcoming environment.

We invite you to understand yoga as a way of life, in which we allow ourselves to connect with our essence. We move toward that state we all desire: a state of mental stillness, tranquility, harmony, and inner peace, where everything is at peace.

Your physical condition and age don't matter. Our classes are adapted to all types of people, regardless of their physical condition. Pregnant women and older adults also enjoy this yoga. The only thing that matters is what happens inside you.
